Primary Tutor in Surrey
Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of children? Are you interested in a career in education?
Teaching Personnel are working alongside Local Authorities and Schools in Surrey to provide tuition to Primary aged students. With the recent COVID pandemic causing breaks in the education of students, gaps have started to emerge in their learning. Additionally, majority of the students we support are out of school or awaiting a school place due to varying reasons (behavioural challenges, SEN and LAC) and require an access to education. We are looking for tutors that are passionate, resilient and flexible in their methods of tutoring. If this sounds like you, please read on.
About The Role
- 1-1 or small group tuition
- Face to face - at the home of the student, local venue or school
- Primary Literacy and Numeracy
- Support students academically and emotionally
Requirements
- Experience tutoring 1-1 or in small groups
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges and SEN
- FQT, NQT, TAs or Graduates
- A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (able to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
