A primary school in the Ordsall area of Salford are looking to recruit a key stage 1 teaching assistant. This would be on a full time basis. As a key stage 1 teaching assistant you would be working with small groups of children on an intervention basis along with general TA duties.

  • Withdrawal and intervention groups focusing on phonics, literacy and numeracy

The Person:

  • Experience of working with key stage 1 children in a primary school
  • Must have confidence and experience delivering literacy and numeracy intervention groups in particular.
  • Good classroom control and behaviour management
  • Teachers looking to work as a TA welcomed to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
