KS1 Teaching Assistant - Knowsley (L7)

Position: KS1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Fairfield (L7)
Contract Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students who require additional support.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create an effective and cohesive teaching team.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience working with young children, preferably within a primary school setting.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
