Primary Supply Teacher – Poole
Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for flexibility and variety in your teaching career? Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or day-to-day opportunities — we want to hear from you!

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a range of friendly and welcoming primary schools across the Poole area, supporting them in sourcing enthusiastic Supply Teachers to help cover short-term and long-term absences across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.


The Role:

  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups

  • Supporting children of all abilities to make progress in their learning

  • Adapting to different classroom environments and school policies

  • Following pre-prepared plans or bringing your own flair when needed

  • Ensuring pupil safety and wellbeing at all times


About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience in teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)

  • Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence

  • Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in different schools

  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
