Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an excellent school based in Hillingdon, the school itself pride themselves on providing their students with the best staff and educational quality. Key Requirements:
- Have worked with a range of SEN and EAL pupils, including downs syndrome, autism and children who are non verbal
- Use initiative, the ability to adapt and to be creative when dealing with different needs
- Has worked with someone 1:1 with children with speech and language requirements
- Experience with Makaton and PECS
- Assisting teachers with the maintenance of student records; providing relevant feedback to students and parents
Minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified is essential.

Previous experience of working with Autism, ADHD, EBD, PMLD, etc. is favourable however; overall experience with working with SEN children will be taken into account. Additional training for SEN is great but not crucial as we are able to offer course such as, NASEN, Autism Awareness Training and Read, Write Inc. Phonics Training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
