About the Role

You’ll be at the heart of the classroom, helping children learn, grow, and thrive by:

• Building confidence, independence, and a love of learning

• Supporting lessons across literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum

• Tracking progress and celebrating every achievement

• Creating warm, nurturing relationships so every child feels safe and included

• Working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents as part of a fantastic team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• QTS or equivalent (for teaching roles)

• Positive, engaging classroom presence

• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

• Creativity, resilience, and flexibility

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Enhanced DBS (we can help with this!)

• Ability to travel between schools (a bonus, not a must)

Daily Pay Rates

• Qualified Teachers: £160 – £238.18

• Cover Supervisors: £120 – £145

• HLTAs: £110 – £120

• Teaching Assistants: £90 – £110

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
