About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and a positive learning environment

  • Assisting with academic tasks across literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum

  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing valuable feedback

  • Building strong, nurturing relationships with pupils to create an inclusive and safe space

  • Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to help every child thrive


Key Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (for teaching roles)

  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners

  • A genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential

  • Flexibility, resilience, and creativity in your approach

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • An Enhanced DBS check (support available)

  • Ability to travel between schools is desirable but not essential

By committing to work exclusively through Teaching Personnel on agreed days each week, you’ll receive guaranteed pay for every committed day (less one per week)—even if no work is available, subject to scheme terms.

Daily Rates & Hours

  • Fully Qualified Teachers: £163 – £238.18 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

  • Cover Supervisors: £120 – £145 per day

  • HLTAs: £110 – £120 per day

  • Teaching Assistants: £90 – £110 per day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
