KS1 Primary Teacher 


Pay: £130–£160 per day
Location: Dewsbury/Batley
Contract: Full-time / Part-time

Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking to make a real difference? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic educators to support Key Stage 1 pupils across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Dewsbury, Batley and surrounding area.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, varied school experiences, and competitive daily rates.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies and expectations
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent UK primary classroom experience
  • Strong behaviour management skills and adaptability
  • Confident, professional, and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
