Teachers Required – Cardiff | September 2025 Start

Are you a passionate and motivated teacher ready for a new challenge this September? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a variety of primary and secondary schools across Cardiff, and we’re looking to recruit talented Teachers to support the growing demand for classroom staff.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Teacher (Primary & Secondary opportunities available)

  • Location: Across Cardiff

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Contract Type: Full-time and part-time roles available

  • Pay: £166.32

About the Roles:
We have a wide range of roles suited to your experience and preference – whether you’re an NQT looking for your first role or an experienced teacher seeking flexibility. Opportunities range from short-term cover to long-term placements, with potential for permanent contracts.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

  • Strong behaviour management and classroom presence

  • Ability to adapt to different school settings and pupil needs

  • A commitment to creating engaging, inclusive learning environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
