About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with QTS to join a thriving, forward-thinking campus in Bournemouth.

This is a full time, immediate start position, with opportunities to teach both primary and secondary phases depending on preference and experience. Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge learners

Create a positive, calm and structured learning environment

Assess and track progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs

Work collaboratively with support staff, other teachers and leadership
-
Build strong relationships with pupils, promoting confidence and motivation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
A passion for supporting students to achieve their best
-
Flexibility to work across ages 3 to 18 if required
-
Strong organisation, communication and classroom management skills
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to grow, you will be supported to succeed in a nurturing and team-driven environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
