Primary Specialist Teaching Assistant – Swansea
Full-time or Part-time Opportunities Available

Are you passionate about making a difference in the classroom? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Primary Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Swansea area.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a primary school setting
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
  • Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
  • Own transport essential

Your role will include:

  • Supporting pupils with ALN to access learning and achieve their potential
  • Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom activities, group work, and one-to-one support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
