PPA Cover Teacher – Preston (PR3)
Primary School Role | Flexible & Rewarding Opportunity
Teaching Personnel are excited to be supporting a fantastic primary school in the PR3 area of Preston, currently looking to appoint a confident and versatile PPA Cover Teacher.
This position offers the chance to step away from full class responsibility while still making a meaningful impact—delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting pupils across various year groups in a well-organised and welcoming school.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing PPA cover across different classes throughout the school
- Delivering engaging lessons that keep pupils focused and motivated
- Ensuring a smooth continuation of learning in the teacher’s absence
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistency
- Quickly building positive relationships with pupils across the school
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS
- Previous experience within UK primary education
- Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management
- Someone who is adaptable, organised, and dependable
- A passion for creating a positive and effective learning environment
