Are you a passionate, adaptable teacher looking for a varied and rewarding role in a thriving primary school?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed PPA Teacher to join a large, friendly primary school in East Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, teaching a wide range of subjects while becoming an integral part of our supportive team.

About the Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching across the school, enabling class teachers to access their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time and attend pupil progress meetings. You will teach engaging lessons to classes across KS1 and KS2, rotating between classes in approximately 30–40 minute teaching sessions throughout the day.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, builds positive relationships quickly, and is confident delivering engaging lessons across different year groups.

About you:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
  • Can confidently teach across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Is flexible, organised and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Has strong behaviour management skills and creates positive learning environments.
  • Is committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
