Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a flexible job share opportunity? We are working with a welcoming primary school in BS4 who are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team in a job share role starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are looking for a better work life balance while continuing to make a real impact in the classroom.
You will be sharing responsibility for a class with another experienced teacher, working closely together to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons. The school has a supportive leadership team, a strong focus on collaboration and a friendly, nurturing environment.
The Role:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Sharing responsibility for a class with your job share partner
- Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback to support learning
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Contributing to the wider school community and curriculum development
We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A flexible, organised approach to job sharing
- Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for teaching
- Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (desirable)
