Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Bristol
Location: Multiple Locations Across Bristol
Start Date: September
Hours: Full Time or Part Time (Monday–Friday)
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching journey in a supportive and welcoming school? We are working with a range of primary and SEN across Bristol who are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to join their teams this September.
Whether you're looking for your first long-term position or want to gain experience through supply in different school settings, we have opportunities available to suit your goals.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passionate about inspiring and supporting young people
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Eager to develop and grow as an education professional
- Adaptable, positive, and committed to pupil success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
