PPA Cover Teacher - Primary

Job description

Location: BS7

Hours: Part time, 2 consecutive days per week

We are partnering with a welcoming mainstream primary school in BS7 who are looking for a confident and adaptable Teacher to provide PPA cover across the school. This is a long term position beginning in September, covering classes while teachers take their planning, preparation and assessment time.

This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who enjoys variety and working across different year groups. The school has a supportive team and a positive atmosphere, making it a lovely place to work.

Key details:

•Role: PPA Cover Teacher (Primary)
•Days: 2 consecutive days per week
•Pay: £130 to £150 per day (depending on experience)
•Duration: Long term, starting September


Person specification:

•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
•Experience teaching across primary year groups
•A confident and flexible approach to covering different classes
•Strong classroom management skills

•Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
