PPA Teacher – Lancaster (LA1)

Flexible Primary Teaching Role | Supportive School Environment

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lancaster (LA1) who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for a varied role, delivering engaging lessons across different year groups while benefiting from a strong, collaborative staff culture.


⭐ The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2 as part of PPA cover
  • Provide continuity of learning in the absence of class teachers
  • Work closely with staff to ensure lessons align with the school’s curriculum
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different classes and teaching styles

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have experience teaching within UK primary schools
  • Be confident covering a range of year groups
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
  • Be flexible, reliable, and proactive
  • Have a passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons
