SEN Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting for a passionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in the Bamber Bridge area on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils with complex additional needs including autism, communication difficulties, sensory needs and behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide 1:1 and small group support within a structured, nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience within SEN, education or care settings
• Be patient, resilient and adaptable

• Be passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Work well as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
