Teaching Personnel are working with a partnership language school based in Bournemouth, who are looking for a part time Physics Teacher to join there dedicated team.
The job is ideal for well-qualified candidates who are passionate about their subject and have high expectations for their students and themselves. Previous A level Physics teaching experience is preferred, with or without a teaching qualification, as is a proven commitment to academic excellence.
Person Specification
- Possess a University degree.
- Teaching Experience: Extensive teaching experience in the subject area, preferably at the secondary and sixth form school experience, with a strong track record of effective instruction and student engagement.
- Demonstrate awareness of the subject curriculum for the relevant level.
- Embody collaboration with enthusiasm for working alongside colleagues.
- Exhibit principles, thoughtfulness, and intentionality in decision[1]making and actions.
- Have a growth mindset and value innovation as a route to improvement and growth.
- Build and foster relationships characterised by kindness, care, empathy, and respect with colleagues, students and families.
- Be a reflective practitioner open to others' perspectives.
- Embrace and use technology as a tool for teaching and learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
