Performing Arts Graduate – Cover Supervisor – Wigan
Are you a Performing Arts graduate looking to take your first step into teaching?
An Ofsted-rated Outstanding Catholic secondary school in Wigan is seeking a confident and enthusiastic graduate to join their team as a Cover Supervisor, with the opportunity to progress into teacher training from September.
This is an ideal role for someone considering a career in education, offering valuable classroom experience within a highly supportive and well-respected school environment.
The Role:
- Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
- Leading classes in the absence of the teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4

What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Performing Arts or a related subject

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
