Performing Arts Graduate – Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor

We’re looking for graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, with the chance to step up into a Cover Supervisor role for those who show confidence and leadership — with enhanced pay for cover work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting students across a secondary school environment

• Encouraging engagement, confidence and self-expression in lessons

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management

• Leading pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor when required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
