Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Pay Rate: £100-£140 per day

Start Date: ASAP (Once vetting completed)

Location: Weymouth

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A supportive and nurturing approach with strong classroom management
  • Flexible, with a strong commitment to teamwork
  • Demonstrate a desire to research and find out more in order to improve their own practice
  • Great organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good understanding of the Primary curriculum.

You Will Need

  • Child Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • UK Drivers licence (Desired)
  • 2 References from most recent employer
  • Qualified teacher status / comparable qualification
  • Available for a minimum of 2 days per week

Job Role

We will look to match you to your desired age range between Foundation Phase and KS2 (however we would appreciate occasional flexibility from yourself). You will be managing the classroom with assistance from LSA and TA’s depending. Alongside this you will prepare lesson plans and provide emotional and social support when needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
