Nursery Teacher / NQT

Location: Llanedyrn, Cardiff
Pay: £172.98 per day

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Llanedyrn who are seeking a Nursery Teacher, welcoming applications from NQTs / ECTs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children during the Foundation Phase and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment.

The Role:

  • Full classroom responsibility within a Nursery setting

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the Foundation Phase

  • Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

  • Supporting children’s social, emotional and academic development

  • Working closely with support staff, parents and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • NQTs / ECTs are encouraged to apply

  • Strong understanding of Early Years and Foundation Phase practice

  • Enthusiastic, patient and nurturing approach

  • Confident classroom management skills
