Nursery Teacher – Blackpool (FY1)

Location: Blackpool FY1
Hours: Flexible – Full-time or Part-time
Setting: Nursery/Early Years within a Primary School

Are you a passionate and nurturing educator with a strong commitment to early years learning?

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool (FY1). This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and support children during a crucial stage of their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support the development of communication, confidence, and social skills
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and parents to meet individual needs
  • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to planning and assessment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS/EYPS)
  • Experience in an early years or nursery setting
  • A creative, patient, and child-centred approach
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
