1:1 Nursery Support Assistant
Location: Tuebrook (L13)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–3:00pm
Setting: Nursery
Start Date: February 2026
We are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Nursery Support Assistant to provide dedicated support for a child with Down’s syndrome within a nursery setting.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 support during afternoon sessions.
- Supporting learning, development, and inclusion.
- Working closely with nursery staff to ensure a safe and positive environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children with SEND, ideally Down’s syndrome.
- Background in a nursery or early years setting (preferred).
- Patient, nurturing, and reliable.
- Able to commit to five afternoons per week.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
