Job Opportunity: EYFS Qualified Nursery Assistant

Location: Trafford
Salary: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour
Contract: Full-time or Part-time

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years?
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring EYFS Qualified Nursery Assistants to join our welcoming nursery team in Trafford. If you hold an EYFS qualification and love creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the daily care and learning of children aged 0–5 years
  • Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing nursery environment
  • Observing and recording children’s development and sharing insights with the team
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised EYFS qualification (e.g., Level 3 CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and EYFS principles
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
