Music Teacher – Secondary School (Northampton)
Location: Northampton
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a creative and passionate Music teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a secondary school in Northampton, with roles available for an immediate start.

Whether you are seeking a flexible temporary position or a long-term or permanent role, we have opportunities to suit your experience and career aspirations.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students

  • Encourage creativity through performance, composition, and music appreciation

  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Organise and support extracurricular activities such as school performances, concerts, or clubs

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can express themselves

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music education

  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
