Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, and passionate specialist to lead our Music department. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Music at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Provide leadership in Music and ensure excellent outcomes for all students.
- Lead the development of the curriculum so that all students receive a rich and challenging experience in Music.
- Be an effective classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management, committed to ensuring all students succeed and fulfil their potential.
- Develop and hold staff accountable for their contributions to the department.
- Maintain an outstanding track record within your current department or role
Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership experience or potential within a Music department.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student success.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
- A passion for Music education and a dedication to continuous improvement.
