Full-Time Music Teacher – Secondary School in Leyland

Position: Full-Time Music Teacher
Location: Secondary School, Leyland
Start Date: 2nd February
Contract: Full-time (ongoing)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (MPS/UPS)

A vibrant and supportive secondary school in Leyland is seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to join the team from 2nd February. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring educator who can engage students and bring the music curriculum to life.

About the Role

  • Teach Music across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons
  • Encourage creativity and musical development in all learners
  • Support extracurricular music activities, performances and clubs
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive performing arts department

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities
  • Organised, enthusiastic and committed to high standards
