Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young minds and inspire the next generation of mathematicians? We are looking for dedicated  secondary maths tutors to join our team of tutors in Daventry and the surrounding areas.

We are welcoming applications from teachers who are Secondary Maths Trained or Primary Trained with Maths as a specialism.

The role of a Maths Tutor:

-As a Maths Tutor, you will be working closely with students either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

-You will be delivering sessions to students across Year 7 to Year 11, who are currently working below expectations.

-Tutors will additionally be responsible for completing sessional feedback forms for their students on a weekly basis.

 

Requirements for a Maths Tutor working with TP:

UK recognised QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

Valid DBS (A Child Workforce certificate that is accessible through the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one

Eligible to work in the UK (right to work in the UK documentation)

A strong background in mathematics, preferably with a degree in Maths or a related field.

Previous experience in teaching or tutoring maths

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
