An opportunity to work in a secondary school known for its recent climb in performance tables due to a new senior leadership team.

  • Full-time Maths teacher.
  • Required to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.
  • Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school in North Manchester.
  • Paid to teaching scale point (£25,714 - £41,604).
  • Must have QTS and experience teaching Maths up to GCSE level before.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated Maths lessons.
  • Teaching students aged 11-16.
  • Teaching a full timetable and taking on planning and marking responsibilities across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
  • Promote positive behaviour amongst pupils and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.

Our client school is located in Manchester and can be accessed via the M62 and A56 from surrounding areas such as Failsworth and Oldham. For non-drivers, there are several public transportation links from neighbouring areas such as Middeton, Oldham and Rochdale.
