Maths Teacher

A well known co-educational secondary school situated on the West side of the Warrington area is looking for a Maths teacher to join their Maths department starting in January. The successful Maths teacher will have a full teaching timetable consisting primarily of KS3 with some GCSE classes in year 10. There will be a focus on teaching students who are lower ability with all year groups being divided into ability sets. The school have identified their lower ability students as requiring intervention and further support so any experience in supporting in this area including experience of differentiating successfully is highly desirable.

The successfully appointed Maths teacher can be at any stage of their teaching career, with applications being accepted from NQTs or more experienced teachers. The school will be looking to meet prospective Maths teachers prior to the end of this autumn term in December, likely just after the October half term.
