Job description
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large, high-performing secondary school in the Southampton area to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Maths Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established department within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

The Role
You will join a dedicated Maths department, delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons
- Monitoring and supporting student progress to maximise attainment
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
- Supporting the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
- Commitment to high standards and student achievement
- A reflective practitioner keen to develop professionally
