Job description

Fully Qualified Maths Teachers Needed – September 2026 Start

Are you a fully qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) looking for your next teaching role after Easter or September 2026? We are working with a range of established and inclusive secondary schools across Salford, Bolton and Bury that are seeking dedicated and motivated Maths specialists to join their departments.

About the Roles

You will:

  • Teach KS3–KS4 Mathematics, with KS5 opportunities in some settings
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire progress and engagement
  • Join supportive departments with strong leadership teams
  • Work full-time in long-term positions, with potential for permanent roles
  • Receive pay in line with your experience (MPS/UPS)

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for:

  • QTS-qualified Maths Teachers (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
  • Confident behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Individuals seeking full-time roles starting after Easter or September 2026
  • A commitment to raising attainment and fostering positive learning outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
