Teacher of Maths - Oldham
September 2026 Start | Full-Time Opportunity

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and motivated Teacher of Maths to join a welcoming secondary school in Oldham from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire young people, foster a love of mathematics, and make a lasting impact on students' academic progress.

Whether you are an experienced teacher, an Early Career Teacher (ECT) completing your training this year, or an unqualified teacher with a strong Mathematics background, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Teacher of Maths, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that support students of varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to help learners achieve their full potential.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and success.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department to raise attainment and share best practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
