Maths Teacher – Chard
Full-Time | Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in the Chard area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a full-time position.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to join a supportive department and make a real impact on students’ progress and attainment in Mathematics.

The role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 
  • Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
  • Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Be passionate about Maths and committed to student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
