Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is excited to be working alongside a welcoming and ambitious mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher for a part-time position starting in September.
This is a fixed-term role for the full academic year, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The school welcomes applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced Maths teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging and high-quality mathematics education.
The Role:
- Part-time Maths Teacher position starting in September
- Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a supportive secondary school environment
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire confidence and achievement in students
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
- Support students of varying abilities to reach their full potential
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
- Be confident managing behaviour and maintaining positive classroom environments
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be committed to supporting student progress and attainment
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
