Maths Teacher – Full Time
January Start | Maternity Cover | Bournemouth

The Role

  • Position: Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4)

  • Contract: Full-time, maternity cover until October half term

  • Start Date: January – immediate start available

  • School Type: Mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking Maths department, delivering high-quality teaching and making a real impact on students’ progress.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply – strong mentoring and support available

  • Experienced teachers seeking a stable, full-time maternity cover will also be considered

  • Confident in teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to student achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
