Mathematics Teacher – Secondary School (Blandford Forum)
Location: Blandford Forum, Dorset
Contract: Full-time (part-time applicants welcome)
Start Date: September
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Are you a motivated Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and progressive school? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a well-established secondary school in Blandford Forum.
This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative department that is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5
- Create and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to different learning needs
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure positive outcomes
- Take an active role within the school community, including involvement in extracurricular activities
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject expertise and enthusiasm for Maths
- Confident in managing behaviour and creating a focused classroom environment
- Passionate about inclusive education and student development
- Committed to maintaining high standards of achievement and conduct

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
