The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire students to develop confidence and resilience in Mathematics
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement
- Assess student progress and provide effective feedback to support attainment
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including students with SEN
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment and extracurricular opportunities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and raise standards across the department

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has strong subject knowledge within Mathematics

- Has high expectations for behaviour, progress, and achievement
- Builds positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Is committed to inclusive education and continuous professional development
- Shares a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
