Job Title: Maths and English - Qualified Tutor
Location: Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Description:
Job Duties:
- 1. Deliver high-quality Maths and English tutoring sessions to students.
- 2. Develop tailored lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual student needs.
- 3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- 4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- 5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective tutoring programme.
Required Qualifications:
- - Recognised teaching qualification in Maths and English.
- - Proven experience in tutoring, preferably in a similar educational setting.
- - Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Maths and English.
Education:
- - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
- - Minimum of 2 years of tutoring experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning.
- - Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- - Postgraduate qualification in Education.
- - Additional certifications in teaching Maths and English.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
