Job Title: Maths and English Qualified Tutor
Location:
East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary:
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality tutoring in both Maths and English subjects
- Create individualised learning plans to meet the needs of each student
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialist subject knowledge in Maths and English
- Experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Maths and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
