Maths Teacher required for North Manchester Secondary School with strong community and catholic ethos.

Required on a full time basis from Easter with a view to securing a school based contract from September 2018.

Due to a gap in the Maths department, an opportunity has arisen for the role of a Maths teacher within this catholic secondary school from Easter until the end of the academic year initially. The incoming teacher will be expected to deliver the Maths curriculum across the ability range from KS3 to GCSE.

This large secondary school has roughly 1200 pupils on roll and is easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Bury, Rochdale and Salford. The number of pupils who have SEN and/or disabilities supported by the school is below the national average. The number of pupils who have a statement of special educational needs or an education, health and care plan is above the national average. Located on the outskirts of North Manchester, the School is easily accessible as it is only a short drive from the M60 and has direct transport links to the surrounding areas.
