Are you a passionate tutor in the Grantham (NG31) area, eager to help students achieve their academic goals?

TP Tutors is seeking dynamic and experienced tutors to provide personalised 1:1 tuition in public library settings for both Primary and Secondary students in September 2024!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored tuition programs for students outside mainstream education.
  • Customise lessons to meet individual student needs and interests.
  • Identify and address learning barriers, creating a conducive environment.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback via our online platform, LEAP.
  • Build strong relationships with students, caregivers, and parents.
  • Stay updated on relevant curriculum content and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification or experience in tutoring/teaching assistant roles.
  • 2+ years of tutoring, teaching, or TA experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
