Level 3 Teaching Assistant - KS1
Location: Wolverhampton
Start Date: September or 2025
Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (term-time only, with the potential to extend or become permanent)
Daily Pay: £90 - £110 (dependent on experience)
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant or do you hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare?
Are you looking for a full-time, term-time position within a supportive and welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton?
We are currently working with a fantastic primary school in Wolverhampton that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team for the 2025/26 academic year.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting daily classroom routines and activities in the KS1 setting
-
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging learning experiences
-
Supporting children's learning and development, both individually and in small groups
-
Contributing to a positive and nurturing environment
-
Observing and monitoring pupil progress in line with KS1 curriculum expectations
-
Supporting behaviour management in line with the school’s policies
Requirements:
-
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning
-
Previous experience working in an KS1 setting is desirable
-
A caring, proactive and team-oriented approach
-
Passion for supporting young children’s development and learning
-
Commitment to working the full academic year

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
