Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Warrington (WA3)
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Start Date: September
A vibrant Church of England primary school in Warrington is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils across the primary age range while contributing to a school community rooted in respect, compassion, and academic success.
The role will involve providing both classroom support and small group interventions, helping to raise attainment and support individual needs. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, initiative, and a commitment to supporting children to achieve their best both academically and personally.
The school is easily accessible from the M62 and M6, with strong public transport links and free on-site parking.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Enhanced child DBS on the Update Service.
- Experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
- Ability to support the class teacher with lesson delivery, preparation, and classroom management.
- A positive, flexible approach with a passion for education.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
