Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with the learning and development of students, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Work with individual students or small groups to support their academic progress.
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Support students with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive educational experience.

Key Requirements:

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to supporting children with diverse learning needs.
