Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a vibrant KS2 setting?

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in South Shore, Blackpool (FY4), seeking a dedicated TA to cover a maternity leave starting Monday 1st December 2025. This full-time role will run for one academic year, supporting pupils in Key Stage 2.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in KS2 is highly desirable
• A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
