Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School – B96
Location: B96 Area, Worcestershire
Start Date: March 2026
Contract: Full Time
Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B96 area is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting children’s academic progress and personal development within a positive learning environment.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality support to pupils across the school, including 1:1 support
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment
- Act as a positive role model who is enthusiastic and motivated
- Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Have previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
- Show a proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
- Be a team player while also confident working independently
- Have knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
