Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B96 area is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting children’s academic progress and personal development within a positive learning environment.

The Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide high-quality support to pupils across the school, including 1:1 support
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment
• Act as a positive role model who is enthusiastic and motivated
• Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Show a proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
• Be a team player while also confident working independently
• Have knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies (desirable)
