Contract: Full-time / Part-time (term-time only)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a friendly and inclusive school in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

The Role:

  • Providing classroom support across a range of subjects

  • Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management

  • Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has previous experience in a school or educational setting

  • Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education

  • Has strong communication and organisational skills

  • Is able to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
