Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools in Slough
Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available | January Start | Competitive Pay

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a range of vibrant and welcoming primary schools across Slough. These schools are looking for nurturing practitioners who can provide high-quality support within Nursery and Reception settings.

Whether you are seeking full-time, part-time, flexible supply cover, or long-term placements, we have a variety of opportunities to match your availability and experience.

Role Responsibilities:

As an EYFS TA, your role will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through play-based and structured learning

  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support early development

  • Assisting with planning, preparation and creative activities

  • Ensuring a safe, inclusive and engaging early years environment

  • Supporting children with additional needs, promoting independence and confidence

  • Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff and the wider school team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)

  • Has experience working in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception)

  • Is warm, patient, proactive and passionate about child development

  • Understands the EYFS framework and learning goals

  • Can build positive and supportive relationships with children and staff

  • Is reliable, flexible and committed to providing excellent support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
